Return Policy
We stand behind everything that we sell. If for any reason there is a problem with your purchase, items may be returned within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund your original purchase amount.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the time of purchase.
- Items must be in its original packaging.
- Items must be in new condition, undamaged, without alterations.
Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Refunds will be credited using the original form of payment. The owner of the card must be present to process a refund; otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
Sale items, labor charges, special orders, used demo bikes and custom builds are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund or store credit at any time
Prices
We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online store catalog. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
Applying Demo Rental Day(s) Towards a Bike Purchase
You can apply up to 2 rental/demo days towards the purchase of a new bicycle. Demo rental days may not be applied to the purchase of a used demo bike or other non-bike products.
