I recently purchased a Gazelle e-bike from Wheel Wranglers, and I couldn't be more satisfied with both the bike and the service. The staff at Wheel Wranglers really knows their stuff—they guided me through the various options and helped me pick the perfect model for my needs. I went with the Gazelle for its excellent quality, smooth ride, and low maintenance, and it has exceeded my expectations. The Bosch motor and comfortable design make every ride enjoyable, whether I’m commuting or just out exploring the beautiful Jackson area. The team assembled the bike for free and provided expert advice on maintaining it for the long term. If you’re in the market for an e-bike, especially something as reliable as a Gazelle, I highly recommend checking out Wheel Wranglers!Posted on Mike McCannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was the ring leader of a large group (19) that included both experienced and very inexperienced riders with a mix of E-Bikes and pedal power only bikes. We were riding a route that was both beautiful and held a bit of sentimental value. I reached out and spoke with Bill at Wheel Wranglers a few months ahead. He and Katie gave me a number of tips that helped a ton. We were in regular contact in advance of the day, they easily dealt with the headache of having to take reservations from individual riders and connecting them with our group. There was only one significant mistake that was made AND I MADE IT! I accidentally deleted two riders from the final list of the bikes that were to be delivered to our starting point. In spite of that, on the morning of the ride, Bill happily ran back to the shop and got those bikes while Katie continued to the outfit and brief the other riders. They saved the day on that front and I am very grateful. So, can't say enough good about Bill and Katie and Wheel Wranglers. They were huge contributors to a wonderful day of riding along the Teton Range. If you are looking to rent a bike in Jackson, I'd make them your first stop (and I've rented elsewhere). They are tops in service and all of the bikes were in great shape and ready to ride.Posted on Jase WalkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great people, great shop! Stop in and they will help you out!!Posted on Paul HubbellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wheel Wranglers Bike Shop is really great! We have rented excellent full-suspension mtn bikes several times over the years, and they are always in perfect working condition and ready for action. The folks who work there are very nice, courteous, helpful, and stoked! Woo-hoo!Posted on Sean HegartyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rented a Bianchi Infinito eTap road bike from Wheel Wranglers yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions leading up to my trip to Jackson Hole, and on the day off. They also helped me iron out my cycling route. I rode the bike up Old Teton Passway and around the Grand Loop and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it, and a rental from Wheel Wranglers, to any other roadies out there.Posted on Heather TaylorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Wheel Wranglers! Bill was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I, my parents and my two kids all rented bikes in excellent condition. Bill led us to the trail and planned a perfect ride complete with a lunch stop. It was a perfect day!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Kona Process 246
The Process 246 is the natural next step for young riders leveling up, carrying the same DNA that made our Process line award-winning. Built to optimize performance for smaller bodies without compromising capability, it’s everything we wanted in a young shredder’s bike.
The Process 246 is highly tunable—whether you’re adjusting for rider size, style, or terrain. Named for its ability to run matching 26” wheels or a mixed 26”/24”, it rolls confidently through all terrain.
We spec’d brakes with adjustable throw so smaller hands can reach levers comfortably and brake with precision. Add intuitive suspension, great standover, and an efficient pedaling platform, and you’ve got a bike built to take youngsters from playful laps to serious lines.
From backyard jump lines to their first real descent—they’ll clear it, send it, and ask to ride it again.
