A lot of Jackson Hole locals say that unlike Basketball or Soccer, Cycling is a lifetime sport, you can start by riding mountain bikes or road or gravel bikes and with technology these days you can buy any kind of E-Bike. I think it’s amazing the smile bikes can bring to a kids face.
I have done a few MTB races around Jackson Hole, I have also done Running races and I can tell you with complete confidence that it’s much more enjoyable to be hurting and suffering through a race on a bike than just running shoes.
“Ride As Much Or As Little Or As Long Or As Short As You Feel, But Ride!” – Eddy Merckx
I think Eddy Merckx got it right, no matter how you ride you will still enjoy it And additionally the friends you make at races or events or bike shops are just amazing, if the world was run by cyclists then everything would just be fun. In the end, bikes are what bring us together and bikes are what makes us happy, bikes have the unique ability to fit everyone from commuters to World Cup Champions and Olympians.
Bode helped Wheel Wranglers out through a busy week of rentals, and a fun evening ride with the Doug Coombs Foundation!
